Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: your name, address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or keep your full card number.
- Your email address, if you join our mailing list.
- Messages you send us.
- How you use the site, such as your device, pages viewed and cookies.
Why we use it
- To take payment, deliver your order and handle returns (needed to carry out our contract with you).
- To send marketing emails, if you have agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run, protect and improve the shop, and to measure our advertising (our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it).
- To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify (our shop platform), payment providers, Royal Mail and other delivery companies, and our email and advertising providers. Some of them may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six years. We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use or transfer it. Email us and we will respond. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
