Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind. Email hairofthedogvinyl@gmail.com within that time to tell us, then send the record back within 14 days of emailing.

If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. The record must come back in the condition we sent it. Once we have it back, we refund what you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days and to your original payment method.

If something is wrong

If a record arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is not as described, email us with your order number and a photo if you can. We will put it right, and we pay the return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
