Records and descriptions

Most of our records are secondhand. We grade the sleeve and vinyl honestly and describe each record as accurately as we can. Grading is a judgement, so if you disagree with it, see our refund policy. Stock images may be used on some listings, and a pressing's artwork may differ slightly from the picture.

Orders and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it or confirm it by email. Most records are one-offs, so if a record turns out to be unavailable, or a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, or limits our liability where the law does not allow it. We are not liable for losses you could not reasonably have expected when you placed your order.
